N\u00e5r vi underviser i smidighedstr\u00e6ning i vores studier i K\u00f8benhavn arbejdes med mange forskellige str\u00e6k teknikker, og vi benytter blandt andet \u00f8velser indenfor yoga, ballet og gymnastik i de forskellige former for str\u00e6k. Flexibility holdende kan ogs\u00e5 bruges til at forbedre dine pr\u00e6stationer indenfor andre sportsgrene. Til vores smidighedstr\u00e6ning i K\u00f8benhavn anbefaler vi tr\u00e6ningst\u00f8j der holder kroppen varm hele timen igennem. Typisk anbefales lange tr\u00e6ningsbukser, en T-shirt og en tyk tr\u00f8je udenp\u00e5. Kn\u00e6beskyttere eller benvarmere kan v\u00e6re en fordel for at beskytte kn\u00e6ene. Derfor udarbejder vi strukturerede programmer med nye str\u00e6k hver dag i ugen, s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r arbejdet med alle muskler i kroppen i l\u00f8bet af en uge, og opn\u00e5r en \u00f8get smidighed p\u00e5 bedst mulig vis. \u00d8get smidighed kan v\u00e6re gavnligt for andre tr\u00e6ningsformer, da du mindsker risikoen for skader og \u00f8ger kroppens bev\u00e6gelighed betydeligt. Med regelm\u00e6ssig smidighedstr\u00e6ning i K\u00f8benhavn vil du langsomt og sikkert opn\u00e5 et st\u00f8rre velv\u00e6re i kroppen generelt, og tr\u00e6ningen er desuden en stor fordel for eksempelvis din pole fitness tr\u00e6ning, dans og dine daglige arbejdsstillinger.
