NV.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Josefine er 27 \u00e5r,&nbsp;har arbejdet med sin smidighed siden hun startede til pole for 4 \u00e5r siden og str\u00e6kker 3 gange om ugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jeg har virkelig k\u00e6mpet med min split! Jeg har arbejdet p\u00e5 den i over 3 \u00e5r, da min krop ikke var s\u00e5 samarbejdsvillig som man kunne \u00f8nske sig. S\u00e5 jeg v\u00e6ret hele paletten igennem af frustrationer over man ikke var blevet presset til at danse ballet som barn, og derfor blot havde smidighed fra start af, den lille sorte sky af &#8220;det-er-jo-h\u00e5bl\u00f8st-det-her&#8221;, men ogs\u00e5 de sm\u00e5 succes oplevelse p\u00e5 vejen, som f\u00f8r &#8211; og efterbilleder, s\u00e5 man bliver utroligt imponeret over sig selv. S<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Natalia er 30 \u00e5r og str\u00e6kker 3-4 gange om ugen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The first thing that must be done before stretching is a good warm up. I prefer static stretching, where muscles are extended to the point of discomfort and the stretch are hold for a period of time. It is very important all muscles are relaxed, especially those which are currently stretching. Breathing should be relaxed and I always try to straighten my back, as it is increasing the flexibility and elasticity of the muscles. Also, I do not aspire to reach the final result, stretching takes place smoothly and if I do everything right, the result is coming quickly and painlessly. I have not been stretching the last 15 years after I worked at circus, and my muscles was not that flexible as before, but after 6 months of stretch classes I got my side split again. NV<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tilde er 25 \u00e5r og har str\u00e6kket i nogle \u00e5r mindre intensivt men er fornylig begyndt at str\u00e6kke nogle gange om ugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Spagat har ikke v\u00e6ret et m\u00e5l jeg som s\u00e5dan har &#8220;jagtet&#8221;. Jeg har kunnet m\u00e6rke, at min smidighed har rykket sig efter jeg er blevet meget mere opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 det, efter jeg er startet til pole. S\u00e5 opdagede jeg for tre uger siden ca. at jeg var lige ved at v\u00e6re der, og s\u00e5 har jeg presset mig selv lidt mere, og g\u00e5et mere til str\u00e6k, og s\u00e5 lykkedes det at komme helt ned i min spagat \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;Mit bedste tip er at turde at give slip, pr\u00f8ve at give slip med musklerne, og s\u00e5 bare &#8220;nyde&#8221; str\u00e6kket. Og s\u00e5 i \u00f8vrigt at str\u00e6kke sammen med andre, allerhelst til str\u00e6ktimer jo :), s\u00e5 man kan f\u00e5 en hj\u00e6lpende h\u00e5nd, og et lille skub. NV<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cecilie er 21 \u00e5r og har str\u00e6kket i ca. et \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Mit bedste tip er, at man skal presse sig selv, selvom det g\u00f8r ulideligt ondt, samt pr\u00f8ve at slappe af i de str\u00e6k man laver. Det har taget mig lang tid at komme s\u00e5 langt ned i min split. Jeg ved ikke pr\u00e6cis hvor l\u00e6nge, men jeg har ogs\u00e5 d\u00e5rlige og gode &#8220;str\u00e6k dage&#8221;, hvor jeg nogen dage kommer langt ned og andre dage ikke kommer s\u00e5 langt ned. Smidighed er bestemt ikke naturligt for min krop, og kommer bestemt ikke nemt til mig. Derfor har det taget mig \u00e5revis og lange kampe at f\u00e5 min split og spagat. Det virkede fuldst\u00e6ndig umuligt, da jeg startede! &nbsp;Men jeg blev ved &#8211; og ved, og s\u00e5 kom resultaterne. Den dag idag elsker jeg at str\u00e6kke, og jeg ved, at uanset hvor langt du er fra udgangspunktet n\u00e5r du starter, hvor umuligt det kan f\u00f8les, hvor sent du kom i gang med str\u00e6k tr\u00e6ning eller hvor gammel du, er s\u00e5 kan det ogs\u00e5 lade sig g\u00f8re for dig at n\u00e5 dine str\u00e6k m\u00e5l!! Mit bedste tip er, at du bare skal blive ved!
