Vi har sammensat et hurtigt og simpelt tr\u00e6nings program til dig med 10 \u00f8velser, som du kan lave hvor som helst og n\u00e5r som helst. Du kan b\u00e5de bruge \u00f8velserne til at opbygge styrke, vedligeholde styrke eller som en hurtig tr\u00e6ning derhjemme, de dage du ikke har tid til at tage afsted til pole fitness tr\u00e6ning eller andet tr\u00e6ning. L\u00f8ft hoften kontrolleret s\u00e5 h\u00f8jt op du kan, og sp\u00e6nd s\u00e5 meget i baldemusklerne som muligt.
