S\u00f8rg for at drikke rigeligt med vand f\u00f8r, under og efter din tr\u00e6ning for at opretholde din energi og undg\u00e5 dehydrering.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00e6lg det rigtige tidspunkt:<\/strong> Hvis du kan &#8211; fors\u00f8g at planl\u00e6gge dine tr\u00e6ningssessioner p\u00e5 de k\u00f8ligere tidspunkter af dagen, som tidligt om morgenen eller sent p\u00e5 aftenen. Vi har \u00e5bent for selv tr\u00e6ning i alle ElitePole&#8217;s studier fra tidlig morgen til sen aften. Dette reducerer risikoen for overophedning. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brug grip produkter rigtigt :<\/strong> V\u00e6lg et sved absoberende grip produkt, for at minimere risikoen for at glide ned og for skader. P\u00e5f\u00f8r produktet 30 minutter inden tr\u00e6ning, s\u00e5 produktet kan n\u00e5 at tr\u00e6ne ind i huden og virke. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Just\u00e9r intensiteten:<\/strong> I stedet for at presse dig selv til dine maksimale gr\u00e6nser i varmen, overvej at neds\u00e6tte intensiteten lidt. Fokus\u00e9r p\u00e5 teknik og kvalitet i dine bev\u00e6gelser frem for hastighed og intensitet.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lyt til din krop:<\/strong> I sommervarmen er det ekstra vigtigt at lytte til din krop. Hvis du begynder at f\u00f8le dig tr\u00e6t eller overophedet, s\u00e5 tag en pause, g\u00e5 udenfor for at f\u00e5 frisk luft eller k\u00f8l dig ned.
