CLASS DESCRIPTION: Et hold med fokus på teknik og korte sekvenser inden for stilen Exotic Flow. Specielt velegnet til begyndere til Exotic flow, men alle niveauer kan være med. Du skal dog have været på Pole Level 1 hold min. 10 gange, før du deltager på dette hold.
WHAT TO WEAR: Kneepads and pole stilettos are encouraged.
IMPORTANT: Please bring a towel to clean the pole after use.
CANCELLATION: The deadline for canceling this class is no later than 4 hours before the class begins. Non-attendance / no check in to the class costs DKK 49 with membership / clip card 1 clip / with trial class it costs the trial class.
