CLASS DESCRIPTION: Et hold med fokus pΓ₯ teknik og korte sekvenser inden for stilen Exotic Flow. Specielt velegnet til begyndere til Exotic flow, men alle niveauer kan vΓ¦re med. Du skal dog have vΓ¦ret pΓ₯ Pole Level 1 hold min. 10 gange, fΓΈr du deltager pΓ₯ dette hold.
WHAT TO WEAR: Kneepads and pole stilettos are encouraged.
IMPORTANT: Please bring a towel to clean the pole after use.
CANCELLATION: The deadline for canceling this class is no later than 4 hours before the class begins. Non-attendance / no check in to the class costs DKK 49 with membership / clip card 1 clip / with trial class it costs the trial class.
