We offer a variety of different types of classes since a variety of training is a great way to build a strong and healthy body. With a balanced training you will stay motivated, prevent injuries, gain strength and flexibility.

With our flexible schedules you can choose between more than 100 classes every week, which makes it easy for you to plan your training. All classes on our schedules are included in our monthly memberships. Common for all of our classes is that they are based on being highly effective – and fun training.
