Our pole dance instructors are experts in making sure you get the most out of your training. That's why we offer classes for all levels, so everyone can join. You have the opportunity to advance - and progress at your own pace, as you become a more experienced pole dance practitioner. The progress in your training consists of mastering new techniques and exercises, building strength, putting it all together as a whole and being able to perform acrobatics on the pole with progressively higher degrees of difficulty. We always have room for beginners at our pole dance classes in Copenhagen, and offer specific classes for beginners several times a day.
