§1 Cancelation
If you wish to cancel a booking, this must be done min. 4 hours before the start of the class (the deadline is 3 hours of Self practice time). After this deadline, cancellation is not possible, and a registered class that is not attended / cancelled in time costs 1 clip with clip card / with membership DKK 49 (DKK 25 for Self Practice class) / with trial class it costs the trial class.
§2 Price changes
ElitePole reserves the right to make price changes. These will be notified by posting in the center and via e-mail (to members who have provided an e-mail address) no later than 45 days before the price changes take effect.
§3 Availability
ElitePole cannot guarantee available spots on the classes, as the classes are filled on a "first come, first served" basis.
§4 Valuables
Valuables must be brought into the classroom itself, as ElitePole does not guarantee loss due to theft or property damage.
§5 Responsibility
All training is done at your own risk. As a member of ElitePole, you are responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation. ElitePole does not take responsibility for personal injuries as a result of an accident in the center. Furthermore, Danish tort law is followed in this area.
§6 The number of classes
ElitePole has the right to continually change the number of classes. The number of classes depends on the number of members.
§7 Right of cancelation
When purchasing over the Internet, you generally have a 14-day right of cancelation. If, however, you haven't used your membership (booked classes) and you haven't choose a start date that is within 14 days, the right of cancellation is waived at the start date.
§8 Binding
Monthly memberships have a commitment period of 4 months + the current calendar month + 1 calendar month in which the membership is paid for before the cancellation takes effect.

Membership terms & conditions
§ 1. The membership
The membership is an agreement between the member and ElitePole ApS, cvr.number 37840130 (from now ElitePole). A membership is personal and cannot be used by anyone other than the member. Changes in personal data such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number, card information, etc., must be notified to ElitePole by e-mail immediately. The membership gives access to train the number of monthly classes - and with the max. number of class reservations at a time associated with that membership. All memberships are ongoing memberships and thus bound by the notice period in § 9.
§ 2. Changes
ElitePole reserves the right to make changes to the classes and the opening hours without notice. Changes to the terms and conditions can enter into force 2 weeks after they have been announced on ElitePole's website at the earliest.
§ 3. Duration
A membership is always ongoing and continues until it is terminated in accordance with § 9.
§ 4. Cancelation of classes / signing up to classes / check in to classes

Cancelation of classes / signing up to classes must always be done via the app / online login. Cancelation of classes must take place at least 4 hours before the start time of the class (for Self practice time the deadline is 3 hours). After the deadline for cancellation, it is no longer possible to cancel the class, and the member will be charged a fee of 49 DKK for every class (25 DKK pr. hour for Self practice time)
that is not cancelled in time, if the member does not attend and participates in the class.
Check in to classes must take place before the start time of the class on the check in computer in the studio with the member's personal login (membership number and personal password). If this does not happen, a fee of 49 DKK per. class will be charged. It is the member's own responsibility to check in correctly, on time and with the personal login. ElitePole is not responsible for the correct check in of members.
To participate in classes the member must sign up to the class online / via the app. If the member is participating in classes without being signed up to the class online / via the app the member will be charged a 200 DKK fine pr. class / pr. hour. This applies to both regular classes and Self practice time.
If the member checks into a class without participating in the class, ElitePole is entitled to charge the member a fee of 100 DKK per. class the member has blocked a place in without participating.
All fees will be charged along with the membership for the upcoming payment period.
§ 5. Payment
When signing up to a membership, the agreement is registered with NETS, and payment is made immediately for the period from the start date to the first payment via NETS. Thereafter, the monthly payment is automatically deducted from the member's payment card at the beginning of each calendar month. For each monthly payment a DKK 20 payment administration fee is charged in addition to the monthly membership payment.
§ 6. Late payment
If the ongoing payment of a membership is not paid at the agreed time, a reminder letter will be sent to the member and a reminder fee of DKK 100 will also be charged. This will be charged on the reminder letter for the next two reminder letters if payment continues to fail. If the member does not pay within 10 days after the stated due date, ElitePole has the right to terminate the membership without further notice. In addition, ElitePole reserves the right to charge the full amount relevant to the binding period. The member's membership is blocked, and the member is excluded from all forms of training at ElitePole until the full payment has taken place. The exclusion period is not being credited by ElitePole. ElitePole also reserves the right to pass on the member's information to “Inkasso” if the payment is not made in accordance with the above reminder procedure, which will incur additional costs for the member.
§ 7. Price changes
Price changes are announced on the website no later than 2 weeks before the price changes take effect. The member is responsible for keeping up to date. If the member subsequently does not wish to maintain his membership because of the price changes, the member is entitled to terminate his membership in accordance with the procedure in §9.
§ 8. Break periods
The membership can be on a break for a minimum of 1 month, only for whole months and a maximum of 6 months. If the break period is to take effect on the upcoming first of the month, the break period must be stated to ElitePole no later than the 20th of the month. The start - and the end date of the break period must be stated to ElitePole by email. For each break period, a fee is paid at ElitePole's applicable rates. It is not possible to put a membership on break during a binding period.
§ 9. Termination of membership
A membership can be terminated at any time after any binding period has ended with a notice of current calendar month + 1 calendar month, where the member must pay for the membership before the cancellation takes effect.
If the member is in a break period when the member wishes to terminate the membership, the break period will be canceled in the last month up to the member's resignation, where the membership is charged a full month of membership. Thus, it is not possible to be on a break period for the last month before a cancellation date.
Termination and declaration of a break period can only be done by e-mail to ElitePole in accordance with the above conditions, where the membership number for the membership must be stated in the e-mail.
If there is any doubt as to whether a membership has been terminated / in a break period, the member must be able to prove in writing that there has been a termination / declaration of a break period in accordance with the above procedure. The member must also be able to prove the date of dispatch of the notice / declaration of the break period. A membership is not canceled / in a break period until the member has received written confirmation of this from ElitePole.
§ 10. Minor members
If a person is under 18 years of age, membership can only be obtained if a guardian signs a membership for the person at the guardian's expense and responsibility. A guardian must thus sign the membership conditions in the studio before the person can use the membership and participate in training.
§ 11. Health condition and personal injury
All training is at your own risk. A member is responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation in activities at ElitePole. ElitePole also does not take responsibility for personal injury to a member because of accidents, other visitors' actions, or defective actions and/or equipment fails.
§ 12. Values
ElitePole bears no responsibility for loss due to theft or damage to property. It is recommended that valuables will not be left unwatched but brought with you for training.
§ 13. House rules
The house rules must always be followed as well as instructions given by ElitePole's staff. The house rules can be found at www.elitepole.dk.
§ 14. Exclusion of member
ElitePole may, without giving any reason, terminate any membership agreement with immediate effect. In that case, all unused prepayments will be refunded. In the event of a material breach of the membership conditions or the rules of order, such as or lending of membership cards to other persons, however, there is no repayment due to the termination of the membership.
§ 15. Change of membership conditions
ElitePole may change the membership conditions with a notice of 2 weeks. In the event of significant changes to the membership terms, this will be announced on ElitePole's website. If the member does not wish to maintain his membership because of the changes to the terms, the member is entitled to terminate the membership in accordance with the procedure in § 9. ElitePole has the right to make usual changes to rules, class activities, premises, equipment, and opening hours without notice.
§ 16. Change of membership type
The member may downgrade the membership type after the end of the binding period and will be charged accordingly to the price for changing the membership type. If the member wishes to upgrade the membership, this can be done before the end of the binding period without payment for changing the membership. Any offers or discounts on memberships cannot be used when changing the type of membership.
§ 17. Right of cancelation
When purchasing over the internet, you generally have a 14-day right of cancelation if the membership has not been used. However, if you choose a start date that is within 14 days, the right of cancelation at the start date will lapse. The right of cancelation also lapses if the member has booked a class or participated in a class.
§ 18. Duration / Membership
All memberships is a NETS payment agreement which is an ongoing monthly payment that continues until it is terminated by one of the parties in accordance with §9.
§ 19. Criteria for subscription
Before a debit via the payment card can occur, card information must match Nets' card database. The payment card must be active, and it must be possible to complete a transaction on the subscription amount. The payment card used for subscription withdrawals must be able to make transactions via the Internet.
§ 20. Update payment card information
Payment card information can be updated by logging in online in the booking system and selecting "Profile" - "Register new payment card". The customer is always responsible for ensuring that payment card information is correct. If this is not complied with, ElitePole can deactivate / terminate the membership without notice.
§ 21. Membership conditions
The above - as well as acceptance that training takes place at your own risk - applies to all members of ElitePole, i.e. for class training, private lessons, workshops held for members and non-members and other ElitePole related activities.
