☀️ ElitePole Summer Tips ☀️ A heatwave is over us ☀️ ElitePole Summer Tips ☀️ A heatwave is over us, so here are our best tips to help you stay safe and enjoy your training! 💗 💧 Stay hydrated Drink plenty of water before and during your workout. 🧂 Don't forget your salt When we sweat more, our bodies lose salt too. Make sure you're replacing it throughout the day. 🩷 Use antiperspirant grip correctly Apply a small amount about 30 minutes before class on the contact points you use on the pole. This gives the product time to absorb and work before you start sweating. ⏸️ Take breaks when needed It's completely okay to slow down and rest during the hottest days. 🛡️ Safety first If your grip feels unreliable, only practice tricks you're completely confident with. Handstands, elbow stands, flow, floorwork and floor shapes are all great options when grip is limited.
