Houserules
To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional training environment for all members, instructors, and staff, the following house rules apply at ElitePole.
ElitePole staff and instructors are responsible for enforcing these house rules. Members are expected to follow all instructions given by staff and instructors at all times.
If a member does not wish to comply with the house rules or instructions given by ElitePole staff, they may be asked to leave the class or the studio. Repeated or serious violations may result in expulsion and termination of the membership.
Respect for Each Other
- All members, instructors, and staff must be treated with respect.
- Harassing, threatening, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards other members, instructors, or staff will not be tolerated.
- ElitePole aims to provide an inclusive training environment where people of different backgrounds, ages, and experience levels can train together in a safe and respectful atmosphere.
Attendance and Check-In
- You must be registered for a class online in order to participate.
- Attendance must be registered on the studio's check-in computer before the class starts.
- It is not permitted to check yourself or other members in without actually participating in the training session.
- It is not permitted to check in members who are not physically present at the time of check-in.
- Misuse of the check-in system will result in a fee of DKK 100 per violation. Repeated or serious violations may result in expulsion and termination of the membership.
Late Arrival
- Members arriving after the class has started may be denied participation. For safety reasons, participation in the warm-up is mandatory.
- Instructors are not able to make individual assessments regarding late arrivals, as they are responsible for the class and all participants.
- If a member is denied participation due to late arrival, this will be treated as a no-show and the standard no-show rules will still apply.
Training Attire
- G-strings are not permitted as training attire unless covered by an additional garment (e.g. shorts).
- The chest area must be covered during training.
- These rules have been introduced to ensure a safe and respectful training environment for members of different ages and backgrounds.
Jewellery
- Rings, bracelets, watches, piercings, and other jewellery that may come into contact with the pole must be removed before training.
- Jewellery may damage the poles and equipment and may also cause injuries.
Mobile Phones, Photos and Videos
- Mobile phones may not be used during classes.
- Photos and videos may only be recorded with the instructor's permission.
- Everyone who can be seen or heard in a recording must have given their consent.
Self Practice
- Only members with a membership that includes Self Practice access may use Self Practice.
- Everyone in the studio must be registered for the Self Practice session using the QR code in the studio.
- Training is at your own risk.
- Teaching, coaching, or any commercial activity is not permitted.
- Members may only practise skills appropriate to their own level.
Equipment and Cleaning
- You must always wipe down your own pole after use.
- Poles must always be left in static mode after use.
- If you train in heels or shoes that leave marks on the floor, you must remove the marks after training.
- The training area must be left clean and tidy.
- All rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided.
Mirrors
- Touching the mirrors is not permitted.
- Stretching, handstands, training, or any other activity that places pressure on the mirrors is not permitted.
- Mirrors may not be used as support during training.
Personal Belongings and Guests
- ElitePole is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
- Bags, jackets, and other personal belongings must be stored in the changing room or lockers.
- Valuables must be brought into the training room.
- Persons without an active ElitePole membership or a valid booking are not permitted to be in the training room.
- Spectators are not permitted.
- All persons in the training room must actively participate in the training session.
- Children are not permitted in the training room. Children who are old enough to be left unattended are welcome to stay in the changing room or other common areas at their own risk.
