Aerial hoop is highly effective training
We offer group lessons for beginners to advanced within aerial hoop in Copenhagen. Our skilled instructors will adapt to the level of the class, and our classes are divided according to whether you are a beginner or more experienced. This will make that sure you get challenged regardless of whether you are new to aerial hoop or have experience with aerial hoop. This form of training provides, among other things, a better body control and balance, while the training also functions as effective strength training for all muscle groups throughout the body. To our aerial hoop classes in Copenhagen, we recommend that you show up for the training wearing long training pants and a long-sleeved shirt to protect the skin.

In our classes, the rings are shared between two people, as in many of the exercises it is a great advantage to be able to help each other through the exercise. You are welcome if you have experience with pole dancing or fitness, but we are also very happy to welcome you who have no previous experience with any form of strength training or acrobatics.
