Flexibility in Copenhagen

What is Flexibility

Flexibility is teaching in different types of stretches that will give you inner peace, make you sweat, increase your metabolism and improve your overall strength and flexibility safely and effectively throughout the body. When we teach flexibility training in our studios in Copenhagen, we work with many different stretching techniques, and we use, among other things, exercises within yoga, ballet and gymnastics. Flexibility classes can also be used to improve your performance in other sports. In our flexibility classes in Copenhagen, we recommend training clothes that keep the body warm throughout the class. Long pants, a T-shirt and a thick sweater on top are typically recommended. Knee pads or leg warmers can be an advantage to protect the knees. On our members' Facebook group, we always have a "Flexibility plan" of which areas of the body that are stretched day by day.

Flexibility training takes time and requires working with different muscles and different types of stretching. That's why we prepare structured programs with new stretches every day of the week, so that you get to work with all the muscles in your body over a week, and achieve increased flexibility in the best possible way. Increased flexibility can be beneficial for other forms of exercise, as you reduce the risk of injuries and significantly increase the body's mobility. With regular flexibility training in Copenhagen, you will slowly and safely achieve a greater well-being in the body in general, and the training is also a great advantage for, for example, your pole fitness training, dancing and your daily work postures. For example, if you have an office job, our Flexibility classes will help you maintain – or achieve – a healthier working posture.

Strength builting in Flexibilty classes

At ElitePole, we teach flexibility training several times a day in our Flexibility classes, where our competent instructors guide you safely throughout the class. Training on these classes helps to increase your metabolism and improve your strength and flexibility in the body. Many also use the training to prevent injuries or reduce stress. There is room for everyone in our classes, regardless of whether you have experience with flexibility training or not. Our flexibility classes are extremely popular, and many people train at our Flexibility class as their primary training.
