CLASS DESCRIPTION: Koreografi hold indenfor for stilen exotic flow, hvor der er fokus på flow, koreografi og musikforståelse. Holdet er for dig, der er let øvede – øvede indenfor exotic flow. Du har styr på exotic flow teknik, og har været på Exotic Flow Basic hold mindst 10 gange.

WHAT TO WEAR: Kneepads and pole stilettos are encouraged.

IMPORTANT: Please bring a towel to clean the pole after use.

CANCELLATION: The deadline for canceling this class is no later than 4 hours before the class begins. Non-attendance / no check in to the class costs DKK 49 with membership / clip card 1 clip / with trial class it costs the trial class.
