This week we focus on linking tricks into a choreo This week we focus on linking tricks into a choreography on our Pole Level 2 and Pole Level 3 classes ✨️ One thing is to be able to perform a trick, but it's a whole other story when we want to learn linking tricks together with other movements, hitting the right countings to the music, focusing on the details, the entrance and so on 🤯😅💪 It's a GREAT way to improve your endurance, conditioning, strength and control 🔥 Our strong students Maria and Cæcilie is killing the focus in Pole Level 2+3 at the Amager studio in the video 😍
