Important information about VAT from January 1, 2026
From January 1, 2026, training and group classes in Denmark will be subject to 25% VAT for people aged 30 and above as a result of new EU and Danish regulations.
The government is planning a fitness tax deduction of approximately 1,750 DKKfor people aged 30 and above, which will fully cover the VAT-related price increase at ElitePole for members over 30. We will share a guide on how to claim the deduction once it has been officially announced.
Membership terms & conditions
Memberships have a 4-month binding period / Upon cancellation, payment is required for the current month + 1 month / Class cancellation deadline is 4 hours / Members must check in at the studio before class start for booked classes / Once the class has started, check-in is not possible / Booked classes that are not attended or cancelled late cost 49 DKK per class (30+: 61,25 DKK) / It is a requirement to book classes via the app before training. The membership sign-up fee is 150 DKK upon registration (30+ 187.5 DKK).
