Self practice

The studio is open so that you can train for yourself, whatever you want without an instructor.

Please be aware that the procedure for attending Self practice takes place differently depending on which studio you want to train in. Some studios require a password for Self practice, others an app, etc. On our booking site, under Self practice for each studio, you can read about the procedure for Self practice to the specific studio.

CANCELLATION: The deadline for canceling this class is no later than 3 hours before the class begins. Non-attendance / no check in to the class costs DKK 25 with membership / clip card 1 clip / with trial class it costs the trial class.

NOTE: It is not allowed to participate without having signed up for the class via the app. In case of violation of this, a fee of DKK 200 per person per hour is charged.
